All cores are drained and cleaned externally so that when the tear down technician receives it he can focus on the quality of parts and wear.
All units are disassembled, inspected, cleaned and then inspected once more and or replaced with new parts.
All cases and external part are then painted, and new bushings are installed.

American made transmission Xchange liability under this warranty is limited to the price of the defective transmission at the time of purchase, and American made transmission Xchange transmission shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequential or special damages.
American made transmission warrants to the purchaser for 1 years or 12,000 miles (whichever occur first) that it will repair or replace, at its option, any re-manufactured transmission that fails due to a defect in material or workmanship. Vehicles that have been modified outside of factory specifications are void of warranty. Valid within the continental United States only.
Approval for repair or replacement of the re-manufactured transmission must be obtained from prior to any work being performed. Any repairs or replacements performed without prior approval American made transmission will not be covered. Failed transmissions must be returned to American made transmission within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in a denied warranty claim.
Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be unused and in saleable condition. Once an order leaves our facility, the customer is solely responsible for shipping charges. All returns and credits are paid via check. All Chargebacks will be considered chargeback fraud and subject to legal action.
Your original transmission & torque converter core must be return online or by phone within 14 days (Core returns can be extended upon request). Failure to return the core within 15 days will result in a core buyout charge and will void your warranty, (Unless a core return extension has been granted). Core charges are non-refundable. By purchasing you authorize American Transmission to charge the original payment method on file for the unreturned cores.
Transmission reserves the right to charge back the cost of the transmission, shipping or labor charges should it be determined that the failure was caused by improper installation, abuse, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, accidents, vandalism or any other condition not covered by this warranty. The buyer and seller agree the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy against the seller on account of breach of contract, warranty or performance shall be for the repair or replacement of its products only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is the sole warranty and supersedes any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. This limited warranty belongs to the vehicle owner whose name is printed on this warranty and is non-transferable.
